In this class we learned about indirect measurement this is what we use to find length of something that is hard to find like a river.We are also working on similar figures we need this when we use this to find out how wide something is or how heavy it is. Basically it is like a guess to see how close you are. The thing we had to measure was the length of a school bus and I got the answer right. In conclusion, we had to find the measurement of an object.
There are many things we do in Mrs.Popes Pre-Algebra class and I will like to tell you about somethings we do in her class. In her class we are learning about multiplying and dividing fractions . Multiplying and dividing Fractions is really hard but our class handles it. We had to multiply really big numbers in fraction form. In conclusion we had to multiply and divide fractions.
In Mrs.Pope's class we did a project with skittles project. The project we had to see how many skittles we end up with when we take like certain number of skittles out of a cup. This project was really fun I ended up with a total number of 13 Skittles. It was really fun one of the students in my class ended up with 15 skittles. In conclusion we had a fun game in math class.
In math class fourth quarter we did tessellations. A tessellation is a drawing. It is really hard to do. It is a continuous drawing of one picture. In conclusion we learned how to draw tessellations
